  • The SMAARC 2022 conference is an in-person event where entries are strictly on a registration basis and on invitation.
  • The SMAARC organizing committee reserves the right for admission.
  • The QR code shared with the confirmation mail is your entry pass. Kindly keep your QR code safe till the event.
  • Attendees should not share their QR code with anyone else.
  • For one QR code attendee per ticket.
  • SMAARC does not collect cash from any of its attendees for registration. Beware of any kind of such frauds.
  • Only the co-sponsors and the organizing committee will have access to any details shared by the attendees.
  • All and any information of the Attendees will not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
